Acceptance and eligibility
By using ReSupply you agree to these terms. You must be able to enter a binding agreement and use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
Listings
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of each listing, including condition, quantity, and photos. Listings must be described honestly using the provided condition categories. ReSupply is a local, pickup-only marketplace; buyers and sellers coordinate pickup directly.
Reservations and transactions
Transactions are between the buyer and seller. ReSupply facilitates the record of reservations and transactions but does not process payments or act as a party to the sale. Pickup and settlement happen between the two parties.
Prohibited conduct
You may not list prohibited items (see the Prohibited Items Policy), misrepresent goods, engage in fraud or scams, attempt to transact outside the marketplace to avoid platform fees, harass others, or abuse the reporting system.
Disclaimers and liability
The marketplace is provided "as is" without warranties. Listings are user-generated and goods are sold as-is; buyers are advised to inspect items. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReSupply is not liable for disputes, damages, or losses arising from transactions, off-platform arrangements, or user conduct. We may suspend or remove listings and accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
