Honest condition

Even permitted items must be described honestly using the provided condition categories. Concealing defects or damage is a violation of this policy and the terms of service.

Reporting

If you believe a listing violates this policy, report it using the reporting controls on the listing. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team; prohibited listings are removed and a resolution is recorded.

Consequences

Violations may result in removal of the listing, suspension of the account, and, for illegal goods, referral to the relevant authorities.
