What we collect
When you sign in, we receive your identity (name and email address) from our single sign-on provider and store it as an account so you can list, offer, and transact. We collect the listings, business details, and messages you submit, and limited technical data (server request logs and the cookies needed to keep you signed in) required to operate the service.
How we use it
We use this information to operate the marketplace: to show listings, process offers and reservations, record transactions, secure the platform against abuse, and respond to reports. We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies
We use an httpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in and short-lived state cookies during sign-in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Sharing
Information is shared with other users only as needed for the marketplace to function — for example, your business identity is shown on your listings. Pickup details are revealed only at the appropriate stage of a transaction, never on the public listing.
Retention and your rights
We retain data as needed to operate the marketplace and to keep accurate transaction and audit records. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by contacting us at support@example.com (placeholder — replace before launch).
